- Make sure your KOCOWA app and device's software are updated
- Try to completely remove the app (even the data for the app) and reinstall it
- Restart your device
- If you have an unstable network connection, try to restart your Internet connection by unplugging both your modem and router for 10 seconds and then plugging them back in
