How do I Change my Email Address?

 

In the case you have informed a wrong email address when sign up or have lost access to your email address, we are able to change your current email to a new email that you wish to use. Your subscription, along with watch history, profile settings, registered devices, and everything else will be transferred as well. After changing the email, you will then need to use the new email address as your KOCOWA ID to sign in to our service.
