Please read carefully the steps below if you have either mistyped your email address while creating your account or no longer have access to it.
We currently do not offer support for changes of email address on the service. If you created an account using the wrong email address or currently own an account that you no longer have access to, it is not possible for you to change the current email ID. Instead, what you can do is create a new email address.
Users most impacted by this are subscribers that have either subscribed on the wrong account or no longer have access to the account they originally subscribed with, and we deeply apologize for this inconvenience.
For subscribers, please follow the steps below:
- First, cancel your subscription, either by following the guide on this link or by contacting our Help Center. After canceling the subscription, please be aware that you will still have access to your subscription plan, according to the remaining days in your plan.
Note that canceling a subscription simply means canceling the auto-renewal, not the immediate deactivation of the subscription. - With your subscription cancelled. You can opt to delete your current account by contacting our Help Center. Or;
- You can then proceed to create a new account with which you wish to resubscribe.
