I Want to Completely Delete My Account

 

We would like to inform you that none of your personal information is visible to others, and we do not use our customers' information for other purposes except for the reasons stated in the privacy policy. Your information is safe with us. 

If you would still like to deactivate and remove your account, please follow the steps in the guide below, depending on the device you are currently using. For users using the web browser, please scroll to the bottom of this article.

 

Note: Once your account is removed, all information is gone and it can no longer be recovered. Please beware that this is an irreversible action.

 

Android and iOS Devices

1. Enter your KOCOWA account, and on the main page, select the "Profile icon", located on the bottom-right corner.

2. On your Profile page, select the option "My Account" to be directed to your account's settings page

3. Once on your Account's settings, select the bottom-most option "Delete account" to confirm the deletion of your account. At this point, if you still have an active subscription plan you will see a notification warning you that your subscription must first be cancelled. Once the subscription has been cancelled, you may then select the option to delete your account.

Web browser and other devices

This option is not available on the website or the other devices we support. If you are using such devices, logout of your account and sign in to your mobile device to delete your account or contact our support HERE and request the account removal.
