If you have subscribed by using a coupon code, you will not be able to switch between a basic/premium plan or change your subscription between monthly to annual. To change your subscription, you must first cancel the current subscription plan (cancel the auto-renewal), by following the guide in "How Can I Cancel My Subscription?". After cancelling your subscription, wait for the subscription to expire, and then resubscribe to your desired subscription plan.
