My Subscription was Paid, but it Is not Active

 

The Service Says that I am Already Subscribed

If you have more than one KOCOWA account and receive a message that your subscription has already been activated, but you still are not able to watch the shows, your subscription may have been activated on your alternate account. This is especially true if you have a randomly generated Apple ID (created by signing in with the "Sign in with Apple" option on the sign in page. This happens due to the fact that the user's payment option on the app (Apple and Google devices) is also linked to another account/email address. 

The current solution is to logout of the account without the subscription, and then login to one of your other accounts — randomly generated Apple ID included. If your payment was completed and your subscription was activated, it should be on one of these accounts.

 


I have been charged, but the service says that I have no subscription

In the rare instance that the payment was made and the subscription has not been activated at all, meaning that you were charged and/or received a receipt for the subscription, but the system does not display your subscription, please send us a ticket through our Help Center. Our support team will be able to better assist you with finding your subscription.
