How can I cancel my subscription?

 

If you subscribed KOCOWA through Google Play Store or iTunes Store, please scroll down all the way down to the end of the guidance.


Web Purchase

You can cancel your subscription anytime you want. However, ways to do so might vary depending on the device you subscribed  our service with. If you subscribed our service on a computer, please follow the direction in the following:

  1. Sign in to your account using a web browser, such as Chrome and Firefox.
  2. Go to ‘Your Account’ using the menu right next to your name

  3. Go to ‘Payment’

  4. Click on ‘Cancel Plan’ in the ‘Your Subscription’ section

  5. If a message prompts, make sure you really want to cancel your subscription and click ‘Cancel Subscription’ if you decided to do so

In-App Purchase

Can’t you find ‘Cancel Subscription’ in the ‘Your Subscription’ section? Don’t worry. You’ve probably subscribed our service on app, then.

Additionally, I want you to know even if you unsubscribed our service, you will still be able to access to our premium videos by the end of your billing cycle. Let say if you started your subscription on 14 November 2017, you will be able to use our service until 13 December 2017 despite the cancellation you made. Take advantage of this!
