Episodes locked even with active subscription on iOS devices

 

Thank you for choosing KOCOWA, and we're sorry about the trouble. We have found a permanent solution to this matter, and our development team is working on it.

The issue appears when you sign in to your KOCOWA account with an active subscription purchased through iTunes, using your Facebook account . You can temporarily fix the issue by sign in with your email address you use for your Facebook account, instead of using the Sign-in with Facebook feature. If you would like to use your subscription right away, please try out the workaround below:

1. Try to reset the password of your KOCOWA account. You can follow the link to reset the password in the sign-in page: https://help.kocowa.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002560913-I-lost-password-

2. Once you acquire a new password, try to sign in with your email address and the new password on your iOS device
