How do I start the 14-day free trial?

We offer the 14-day free trial with our monthly subscription if you have never had a subscription plan with us.

We want you to enjoy our content, and feel comfortable in case you decide it's worth becoming a more exclusive member. 

Web: 

1. Go to our website https://www.kocowa.com/
2. Sign in to your account -- sign up or join us if you don't have one
3. Click "Plan" at the very top menu
   
   
   
4. Select "Monthly Membership" 
   (Signing up to either annual or daily subscription won't give you a 14-day free trial) 
   
5. Fill out your credit card information and select "Submit"
   

App:

1. Open the KOCOWA app
2. Sign in to your account -- sign up or join us if you don't have one
3. Click the "Account" menu on the bottom right of the screen
   
4. Click "MY INFO"
5. Click "PLAN" from one of the tab menu
6. Click "Subscribe USD 7.99" to complete the rest of the payment procedure
