A weak or unstable internet connection may cause issues with KOCOWA streaming. For frequent buffering, poor video quality and slow loading, please check your Internet connection. You might try to restart your modem and/or WIFI router. If the connection still is unstable, contact your Internet Service Provider.

 

Bad Cookies and Caches

Having bad cookies and caches might constantly crash the app. Please try to remove all the data and reinstall the app as a temporary solution.
