Here is a quick guidance to resolve the issue:

  1. Go to the ‘Settings’ on your iOS device and update your app to the latest version
  2. Visit the KOCOWA website with a web browser(e.g. Chrome and Firefox) on your PC or mobile device
  3. Sign in to your account with the issue
  4. Click “Your Account” on the menu


  5. Click the “Devices” tab
  6. Remove all the device information in the list

  7. Go back to KOCOWA app
  8. Sign out and back in to your account
  9. Play a video you want to watch and enjoy!
