Here is a quick guidance to resolve the issue:
- Go to the ‘Settings’ on your iOS device and update your app to the latest version
- Visit the KOCOWA website with a web browser(e.g. Chrome and Firefox) on your PC or mobile device
- Sign in to your account with the issue
- Click “Your Account” on the menu
- Click the “Devices” tab
- Remove all the device information in the list
- Go back to KOCOWA app
- Sign out and back in to your account
- Play a video you want to watch and enjoy!
