You can encounter the issue when your device is registered to another device.

What you need to do is to remove the device information from your old account and register the device you want to use on your current account.

Please follow the instruction below to remove the device from the old account:

  1. Sign in to your old KOCOWA account using a “web browser,” such as Chrome or Firefox
  2. Go to ‘Your Account’ using the menu right next to your name

  3. Go to ‘Device’

  4. Remove the device information that you want to use on a new account by clicking the Remove button on the right

Once you complete these steps, you would have no trouble signing in with your new account.
